Global laptop batteries shortage
The world's largest manufacturer of laptop batteries Simplo Technology company said the global situation of shortage of laptop battery supplier prolonged than expected 3 everybody, because laptop battery manufacturer's production growth is not fast enough.
Chief Financial Officer Jackie Ding Simplo Technology Company in China Taiwan headquarters, said battery supply balance is expected to expected 20,009 in the second quarter, previously expected in the first quarter of 2009, laptop battery shortage situation will end.
The world's second-generation notebook computer maker Compal Electronics companies complain that the battery shortage affected the sales of notebooks. Simplo is currently responsible for HP and Dell laptop battery assembly. The reason for the battery shortage and Korean LG Chemical has a lot of fire. LG Chemical is responsible for production of a number of manufacturers of notebook batteries, but also to the other manufacturing opportunities, Sanyo and Panasonic laptop battery production will increase in the input, but that did not ease the situation of insufficient supply laptop battery.
